Angelina

The boat we chartered for this particular trip was a 49 ft Atlantic - "Angelina". She had five double cabins, four of them with private heads and shower. Lots of space, both inside and on deck.

This boat is quite heavy, but also carries quite a lot of sail. With GPS, we logged a speed of over 10 knots averaged over one hour - unreefed in 30 knots wind, sheltered from the waves by the island of Serifos. The maximum speed was about 12 knots.

This picture is taken at 7 am on Paros. The "Meltemi" was blowing sticks and stones, and if you look closely, you see the only puffs of clouds we saw for two weeks.
