"Speaking of habits forming, this was the formative day. Barb and Ragui took to the decks fore and abeam to relax, soak up some sun and spray, read and nap. Barb and I sat around the cockpit, enjoying the sunshine, sea, the occasional book, and standing or sitting by to occasionally trim sails or take the helm. Mike and Ana snuggled in their cabin, napped, snuggled in the cockpit, napped, or showered (together, we were to discover) in the small head that was the size of a broom closet. I have never seen any of these people so relaxed. The deep blue colour of the sea, the azure of the sky, the white of the sails and deck, the bright golden light of the Aegean sun, worked together to convince us all that we were in paradise. "Where are we?" someone would occasionally ask. "In Greece, on a boat!" we would all chime, giggling like children, smiles beaming across our faces."
