Cooking onboard happens very rarely. There are just too many good and inexpensive tavernas around on the islands. That's where we have breakfast before setting sails, and dinner when we reach our destination.Some places, like here on the idyllic island of Sifnos, we anchor off and swim ashore with a drachme note between our teeth. It's just a matter of principle, I guess, because the note will dry in the sun while you eat anyway.
True enough, some appreciate more comfort and less effort, and always use the dinghy...
